Chicago Bears Week 2 vs. Cincinnati Bengals, September 19, 12:00 PM

In their first home game of the season, the Chicago Bears take on the Bengals in a noon game at Soldier Field. The Bengals have made some significant additions to their team this offseason and on paper have gotten a lot better. Still, the Bears are definitely the better team. With fans in the stadium, it would be hard for the Bears to lose this game.

The Bengals should still be taken seriously because they have the talent to surprise a few teams. Their offensive line is still a mess and their defense leaves much to be desired. The Bears should take advantage of a rare matchup against a rebuilding team and win this game.

Prediction: Win (1-1)

Week 3 at Cleveland Browns, September 26, 12:00 PM

The Bears travel to Cleveland to face a high-powered Browns team that has Super Bowl aspirations. This is going to be a great matchup and a real test for the offense and defense of the Bears. I am interested to see how the Bears handle the Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt backfield, as well as the rest of the stacked offense on the Browns.

The Browns are loaded with talent all across the board, and it would take a lot for the Bears to pull this one-off. With the fans in the stadium going crazy for the now competitive Browns team, the energy will be insane. Andy Dalton will struggle to get anything going, which might lead to a significant change or two.

Prediction: Loss (1-2)
