Week 8 vs San Francisco 49ers, October 31, 12:00 PM

The Bears come home to face a very intriguing 49ers team. This game could have a different story depending on how healthy the 49ers are, but they are stacked with talent all over the place. Whether Jimmy Garoppolo or Trey Lance starts, they still are a Super Bowl-caliber team.

If the 49ers are healthy, they are one of the toughest teams to beat. They feature a balanced attack all over the place, and now they have a future stud quarterback waiting for his time to strike too. If this is Fields vs Lance, it will be great to see the youth of the NFL battling it out, but something tells me Lance might be sitting for a bit. Either way, the 49ers will provide another test to this Bears team.

Prediction: Loss (3-5)

Week 9 at Pittsburgh Steelers, November 8, 7:15 PM

After three losses in a row, the Bears get to take on the Steelers on Monday Night Football in Pittsburgh. Coming off an odd year, the Steelers are a bit of a question mark after losing a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. They still have plenty of ballers, but they are not the same team from last year.

This would be a great game for the Bears to make a statement. Getting a win in primetime would let some people know the Bears will be players very soon, even if they might not be this year. Taking down Big Ben and the Steelers would be a great momentum shifter going into a BYE after a tough stretch of games.

Prediction: Win (4-5)
