Chicago Bears Week 17 vs New York Giants, January 2, 12:00 PM

It seems like we might be a lock to play the Giants every year going forward. For the fourth time in as many years, the Bears get to battle it out against Daniel Jones and the new-look Giants. This should be an easy win for the Bears as the Giants still have a long way to go on defense.

Daniel Jones does not scare me, especially after seeing what the Bears’ defense has done to him the last couple of years. This should be a great overall game for Justin Fields and gives him confidence going into the final game of the year versus Minnesota.

Prediction: Win (8-8)

Chicago Bears Week 18 at Minnesota Vikings, January 9, 12:00 PM

For the third time in four years, the Bears end their season in Minnesota. This could be a pivotal game depending on the Vikings’ record. Like their first matchup, I see the Bears taking care of business against the Vikings.

Prediction: Win (9-8)

Justin Fields will want to end the season on a high note for sure and will conclude with a nice win in Minnesota, ending the year on a four-game winning streak and finishing at 9-8. That is by no means a bad record with this year’s schedule and a rookie playing quarterback for most of the year. It will provide a nice foundation going forward and might have the Bears hunting for the playoffs in the coming seasons.
