Chicago Bears Wide Receivers

  1. Allen Robinson
  2. Darnell Mooney
  3. Anthony Miller
  4. Javon Wims
  5. Marquise Goodwin
  6. Riley Ridley
  7. Dazz Newsome (R)
  8. Damiere Byrd
  9. Jester Weah
  10. Khalil McClain (R)
  11. Chris Lacy
  12. Thomas Ives
  13. Rodney Adams

The Bears will retain their same three main wide receivers in Allen Robinson, Darnell Mooney, and Anthony Miller. Robinson is an elite wide receiver alongside a great, young deep threat in Mooney. Miller needs to finally mature and develop if this starting trio is going to be considered lethal.

The Bears then added Dazz Newsome in the draft to compete with Miller to start. Newsome is a slot wide receiver as well who possesses reliable hands and competitiveness that will be valued at the slot. They additionally added two explosive playmakers in Marquise Goodwin and Damiere Byrd. Javon Wims and Riley Ridley both return as well, but they both could lose their jobs from 2020.

After those main players, Jester Weah, Khalil McClain, Chris Lacy, Thomas Ives, and Rodney Adams essentially will be fighting to beat out these guys to make the roster or even to make the practice squad.

Grade: B+

The Bears truly only have about two great wide receivers and then after that, they have a lot of uncertainty. They could definitely step up, but as of now, they have the security of Mooney and Robinson but need someone to step up as the third option.
