Chicago Bears: Only two offensive linemen free agents left worth signing
Let me start by saying, I am perfectly happy with what the Chicago Bears have currently on the offensive line this season. Do I think the line will be elite? No. Do I think they have a chance to build enough chemistry to be very good? Darn tootin. (I’m excited to get my first and hopefully last “darn tootin” in an article).
The Chicago Bears clearly are not satisfied with what they have on the offensive line though as Ryan Pace was in serious talks with former Washington Football Team offensive tackle Morgan Moses. Moses is naturally a right tackle, but apparently, the Chicago Bears wanted him to play left tackle and he decided that was not something he wanted to do.

Do the Chicago Bears still have a need at left tackle?
This makes you wonder if they are not satisfied with where Teven Jenkins is currently? Maybe it’s an issue with Germain Ifedi and they wanted to kick Jenkins over to right tackle instead? Honestly, I don’t believe either to be true. This is just a team looking to make sure one of the most important positions in the NFL is filled with legit competition.
Right now, if I had to guess, I think the starting offensive line will look like this:
Teven Jenkins, LT
Cody Whitehair, LG
Sam Mustipher, C
James Daniels, RG
Germain Ifedi, RT
This offensive line doesn’t look too bad, but it could be better. If Whitehair were to stay at center, then the team could put their best five options on the field. I like Mustipher, but he is not one of the best five offensive linemen on this roster.
