It’s now obvious that he’ll stay in Green Bay for the 2021 season, as a new deal is friendlier for both parties to have him leave the Packers after this year than it did before.
If Packers’ officials sign off on their willingness to trade Aaron Rodgers, and the agreement is finalized soon, here’s the biggest concession the reigning MVP will receive: the freedom to decide where he wants to play in 2022.

At the end of the day, I think Rodgers gets a kick from toying with the sports media, and if I were in his shoes, I don’t blame him. These people, I included, jump to the keyboard anytime he says or does anything, so this is probably a very fun game for the well-known jokester.
As for Green Bay Packers fans, I think you can rest assured that there seems to be a “win a Super Bowl this season” mentality in Green Bay, while the future is not at the forefront, allegedly, for the former League MVP.
