4. Artie Burns

Artie Burns has been essentially the first-round bust for the Pittsburgh Steelers. After it did not work out for them, he hoped a new environment in Chicago would help. However, he tore his ACL last season and missed the year.

However, the fact that Burns is back in Chicago for another year shows that Chicago does have a commitment to him. They really do believe in what he brings and the talent that had him selected so high. They could have given him a shot, saw him get hurt, and moved onto the next guy.

However, they want to see if the juice is worth the squeeze here. Burns is entering a CB depth chart that has second-year Jaylon Johnson as the lock, but even he has injury questions. The rest is up for grabs. Burns is not a favorite to start or even make the team, but a strong summer would easily push him on.
