Chicago Bears tight end, Cole Kmet showed plenty of positives in 2020

There is plenty to be excited about if you are a Chicago Bears fan and happen to own Cole Kmet in fantasy. We are going to take a look at some more of Kmet’s advanced statistics. You will see that signs are pointing in the right direction for Cole Kmet as we head into the 2021 season. Beyond the advanced stats, other offseason positives look to be shaping a great 2021 season for Kmet.

  • Playerprofiler.com calculates “True Catch Rate” by dividing total receptions by total catchable targets. Cole Kmet had a 93.3% True Catch Rate in 2020, which was 4th for the TE position. With the negative off-target remark in the paragraph above comes a nice efficiency sign from the year.

  • Cole Kmet attended Tight End University this summer, where he was able to learn from and train with some of the best TE’s in the world both past and present.
