5 Chicago Bears players who deserve more action in preseason

Chicago Bears Player No. 1: Tre Roberson, Cornerback
Outside of Jaylon Johnson, the remaining cornerbacks are just question marks. It seems that Kindle Vildor will be replacing Kyle Fuller and Duke Shelley will be replacing Buster Skrine, but after that, there is a mess of cornerbacks competing for basically two spots. Two of them are veterans in Artie Burns and Desmond Trufant. Then, the Bears have rookie Thomas Graham Jr. and Tre Roberson.
My guess is that the Bears keep one veteran between Burns and Trufant and one inexperienced player between the rookie and the Canadian Football star. That is a tough decision though as Roberson has done a lot to potentially deserve a spot on the roster.
Many haven’t been talking about Roberson in camp, but he showed out in the preseason game on both defense and special teams making great open-field tackles and breaking up passes as well. He finished the game with two pass breakups and two tackles. He led the Bears in pass breakups.
At the very least, he has more opportunities at least with the second team. He looked great in coverage and locked down opposing corners while additionally setting the edge and helping in run defense as well.
