Thomas Graham

Thomas Graham may have the best shot to make the roster of this group. To start, the cornerback competition is wide open and even the names ahead of him including Desmond Trufant, Duke Shelley and Kindle Vildor bring questions that could see the team relying on Graham sooner than later.

However, indications in the preseason have shown that he is behind Artie Burns and Xavier Crawford on the outside. Beyond that, he is behind Crawford and Marqui Christian to see snaps in the slot.

Lastly, players such as Christian and Crawford have flashed much more on special teams. Graham has not had the oppurtunities which has to indicate that he has not passed either on the depth chart in practice. If you are going to be the fifth corner on the roster you have to play special teams.

Graham was a draft pick, but not every pick makes the team. Graham sat out a full year last season and could probably use a year on the practice squad before taking a step.
