4. Arlington Hambright

Some can say that their draft pick in 2020 has missed the cut in two straight years. However, Arlington Hambright found himself starting last year after being on the initial practice squad, so he knows his season is not over yet if he stays in Chicago.

Also, it is fair to say that Hambright has better tape than Lachavious Simmons, who was in the same draft class but made the roster. The difference is that Hambright plays guard, while Simmons plays right tackle.

The Bears are more confident in their guard depth and starters than they are at tackle. So, Simmons won a spot by default, but they have to like the development of Hambright. Hambright has to know his best shot is with Chicago as well.
