4. David Montgomery

David Montgomery has seen his stats drop every week from 108 yards to 61 and then 34 yards against the Cleveland Browns. His week two and three yards combined do not hit his week one explosion. Now, it is time to get back to running Montgomery and having success.

According to Football Outsiders, the Bengals rank 2nd in adjusted line yards, while the Browns rank 5th. The Rams rank 15th in adjusted line yards but rank first in yards before contact. These are three of the better run defenses.

Now, the Bears face a Detroit unit that ranks 26th in adjusted line yards. This is the worst run defense the Bears have faced to date. Beyond that, the Bears have done a better job at targeting Montgomery in the passing game in weeks two and three. Expect Montgomery to catch a few balls and break over 100 yards rushing again.
