Final Thoughts on Week 4: Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears

I’d be remiss if I didn’t start this out this way: Holy crap, that Justin Fields throw was amazing. Funny enough, that statement could be talking about multiple throws, but holy crap this kid is special.

All things considered, this was a positive bounce-back game for the Chicago Bears all together. Yes, there are still some things that need to be cleaned up, but it’s an absolute uptick in production from the week before.

Now, Matt Nagy’s ego scares me a lot considering he needs headlines to praise him for any and everything– even though he doesn’t read the news about him.

Yeah, okay.

Other than that, I think the Chicago Bears did considerably well against a worse opponent.

As for what the Chicago Bears do next, I’m on a week-by-week basis. This team has the ability to look like two completely different teams week-to-week, so until the game is being played next week, I’ll watch with a magnifying glass at everything done and said moving forward.
