The Washington Football Team should trade for Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson

Another team that could make a run if they get things together a bit is the Washington Football Team. This defense has not been as good as advertised through five weeks, but all the pieces are there to put it together.

Offensively, they have some talent. Taylor Heinicke is actually a fairly decent starter in place of Ryan Fitzpatrick and is more than capable of putting points on the board. Antonio Gibson is a stud and should get plenty of touches if they’re doing it right.

As far as receiving options, Washington is down Logan Thomas and Curtis Samuel. They have become thin in that area, and adding Robinson would give them a huge pairing between him and Terry McLaurin.

Robinson feels like that one addition Washington could make that would be a catalyst for a playoff push. McLaurin is already one of the league’s best, young budding stars. Robinson gives them another top-tier pass catcher, which would only benefit a guy like Heinicke.
