The New York Jets should trade for Chicago Bears WR Allen Robinson
This might be the most hilarious potential destination for Robinson, as he’s had to endure pretty poor quarterback play for the majority of his career. Now, that’s not to say Zach Wilson won’t pan out. He may very well become a solid starter in this league, but so far, he’s been very sporadic in his play.
The Jets are one of the teams that could afford to extend Robinson, though, which is why is makes sense for them. It would be wise to give Wilson a long-term, number one receiver like Robinson.
He would join a receiving core featuring veterans Corey Davis and Jamison Crowder, along with promising rookie Elijah Moore.
Wilson just needs consistency at this point, and the Jets trading for Robinson would give him one of the more dependable receivers in the league. Looking ahead, Robinson and Moore could be a viable duo for Wilson in the coming years.

Would Robinson want to sign a long-term deal in New York, though? That’s the big question. It depends on how sold he is on Wilson by the end of the year.
