With their being no shortage in narratives surrounding Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy, there’s one more that snuck its head into the media in recent Chicago Bears news.

Are the Chicago Bears already shopping for Matt Nagy’s replacement?

As reported on Jon Zaghloul’s Sports Talk Chicago by NFL insider Benjamin Allbright, the Chicago Bears are indeed looking for Matt Nagy’s replacement. Is that surprising? Not at all, and every single candidate should be licking their lips for this job.

Matt Nagy’s been a major talking point this season, and unfortunately for him, it hasn’t been because of how well he’s been coaching; rather, it’s quite the opposite.

For the next incoming coach of the Chicago Bears — if not Matt Nagy — is it a good job? Is it a job that should get the best of the best in terms of candidates or is it a job that candidates will take because others aren’t available?

I’d argue that it’s an enticing job, and to up the ante even more, I’d say the top candidates should view this job as such.

The Chicago Bears have a lot of potential, and with the right coach, this team could make a run.

Now, why do I say that? Well, good thing I have three reasons why the Chicago Bears head coaching job is enticing!
