Offensive and rookie MVP: Justin Fields

For the second week in a row, Justin Fields played what may have been the best game of his career. Fields was efficient despite taking on the stellar Pittsburgh defense and led the offense to a season-high 27 points.

Justin Fields was impressive throwing the ball

Fields finished the game 17-29 for 291 yards, a touchdown, and an interception that came on a ball batted at the line of scrimmage. What was most impressive was that Fields did this on an average depth of target of 15.2. Being able to hit the big plays while also averaging over 10 yards per attempt shows that Fields is hitting his stride in Chicago, and the best is yet to come.

Allen Robinson and Cole Kmet came alive

This season, Robinson and Kmet have become two of the biggest punching bags on the Bears roster due to their disappointing production. However, both were able to silence the critics, at least for the night, as the two combined for 155 yards. Robinson did leave the game with a hamstring injury and his status going forward is currently unknown. The Bears offense is finally starting to click, and fans are hopeful it is a sign of things to come.
