4. Eddie Goldman

Eddie Goldman’s last year has left fans furious. He opted out of 2020, and when he returned in 2021 questions followed him everywhere. He missed time, some due to injury, and some for personal reasons. However, he has been playing since week four, and like many the past three games have been the best for Goldman.

More than that the best game he played came Monday against the Steelers. Goldman was a force in the run and it looked like the old version of the player we once loved to watch on Sunday’s.

It is fair to think that Goldman missed so much time that it would take a few games for him to get going. Now, he may be back in the shape that he was when he was an underrated gem. Goldman is still just 27 years old so there is a lot of gas in the tank. With that in mind, Eddie Goldman could be a force for the Chicago Bears run defense to close out the year.
