Welcome to one of, if not the biggest rivalry in the NFL. It might not show on the field over the last decade or two, but when it comes to rivals, the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers are one of the oldest and biggest rivalries in football — this holds especially true amongst the fans.
Well, one argument that continues to take place apparently still today is the decision to let Adrian Amos walk and sign with the Green Bay Packers. Most Bears fans argue that Adrian Amos was not worth the contract that the Packers gave him, while Packers fans still claim the Bears cannot recognize talent and Amos is a playmaker.
Adrian Amos is not a playmaker in the NFL, not even when he was with the Chicago Bears
Adrian Amos is a playmaker. Bears Twitter lied to you.

If you are not familiar with Peter Bukowski as a Chicago Bears fan, just search “Bears Twitter” with “@Peter_Bukowski” and you will find plenty of his takes. Let’s just say, it’s not worth my time to go into all of the ones he has gotten wrong, despite him telling us otherwise.
Yeah it’s so weird I’d be tweeting about the rival fan base of the team I cover. A fan base that LOVES to come at me (and be wrong)

Normally, I just ignore this guy, but something set me off about how cocky he was tonight with his comment. Again, there’s not much to argue about when it comes to Bears vs Packers on the field. Aaron Rodgers does own the Bears and until the team/franchise does something to change that, he has a right to scream it into existence. That said, it doesn’t discount the fact that as a Bears fan who covers the team, I couldn’t sit by and let him speak lies into existence about the fan base.
