4. Big Time Throws

This speaks more to how Fields is hurting teams with arm, and the legs are just a nice addition. PFF charts the highest impact and efficiency passes as big time throws. PFF Is not the end-all, be-all, but there can be a lot taken away from which players are making the high difficulty completions.

With that in mind, Justin Fields ranks fifth, tied with Josh Allen at 6.8. The other names around him are Kyler Murray, Derek Carr, Russell Wilson, and Jameis Winston. Justin Fields is already in the conversation with some big-name playmakers. For comparison, Mitch Trubisky was a 3.3% last season. Even in 2018 at his best Trubisky was a 4%. That is a big improvement from Trubisky to Fields and it is only his rookie season.
