With one last major College Football Playoff game left, the Chicago Bears would benefit from keeping an eye out on these five prospects from Alabama and Georgia.

The Chicago Bears are set to remove both Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace from their respective positions of the head coach and general manager, according to the Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs. While the report states Nagy is likely gone, Pace could be looking at a promotion.

This shouldn’t change much as this team has multiple roster holes. During their 6-10 season, the team has been unable to perform as the playoff team they were just a year ago.

However, without their first-round pick, the team will need to hit on the rest of their draft picks while also picking up key free agents. The reality is the team won’t regret not having their first-round pick in the 2022 NFL draft. Moving that pick landed them their quarterback of the future in Justin Fields. However, the rookie quarterback will need help come his second season.

Among the biggest holes on the roster are the offensive line and another game-changing wideout to put across from Darnell Mooney. Although the biggest question mark will be who the team will hire as head coach.

While it won’t be the final piece of the puzzle, the Bears should have their eyes glued to the television when Alabama and Georgia face off in the CFP Championship. Both teams send a multitude of talented players to the NFL yearly and the Bears could use some of those players. They would benefit from taking a close look at these five draft-eligible players.
