1. Jimmy Graham

Jimmy Graham is another player who had a pretty good report in the locker room. However, he will be remembered for one of the goofier contracts that Ryan Pace handed out. It was questioned heavily at the time what Pace was doing, and the writing of Pace being fired was on the wall when the move was made.

Graham is a Hall of Fame talent in his prime, but those days were long gone. Bringing him in to help transition a young Cole Kmet to the NFL is a great idea. The issue is the money. He was being paid like a top 10 tight end.

Then, by the end of his run in Chicago, he was their third tight end, behind not only Kmet but Jesse James.

In the case of Graham, you have to assume that he will retire. Jason Peters played well enough that a team may call him if they get desperate, but there is little to gain from adding Jimmy Graham at this stage.
