1. Matt Eberflus

Matt Eberflus does not have as strong of a relationship with Bill Polian or the Chicago Bears. However, he also is the first and so far only coaching candidate to get a second call for an interview. Of course, it makes sense that Eberflus was in Indianapolis, so Bill Polian clearly got some inside information.

Beyond that, Eberflus is the guy that many seem to think will come with his own General Manager. The Chicago Bears seem to be interested in Morocco Brown to be their GM. Brown is a front runner from the Colts, and all indications are that if he had a head coach that he would prefer, it could be Matt Eberflus.

In the case of Caldwell, and Frazier you have to feel like Polian handpicked them, and we are not sure about the GM. In the case of Eberflus, it would appear that Polian picked Brown, and let Brown make a choice.

This could be a promising sign for Eberflus, but like Frazier, most fans just want to know what his plan is for the offensive coordinator.
