The Chicago Bears have not announced that they have narrowed down their list of General Manager interviews, but reports are that they seem to have a group of three finalists, with the potential to add a fourth finalist into the mix. All four have interviewed with the team already, and three of the four will definitely interview again.

Another name may be added to the list, but by all accounts, this appears to be it.

With that in mind, which of these four would be the best fit for the Chicago Bears, and why?

4. Morocco Brown

This may have less to do with Morocco Brown and more to do with the process behind the hire. Brown would be hired because Bill Polian wanted him to be hired, When the Chicago Bears fired Ryan Pace the first name to emerge as a candidate was Morocco Brown.

That is because Brown is with the Indianapolis Colts, and has worked with Bill Polian in the past. Polian has been helping him get a job away from Chicago, and now in Chicago, he is obviously pushing for his guy.

Brown could be a great candidate, but it would show that the interview process did not sway the team and that the person they wanted before the interviews are who they were dead set on the whole time. The fact that the other three are not directly tied to Bill Polian makes you think that they all earned their next interview.
