1. Dan Quinn

Ryan Poles has been connected to Dan Quinn for a while. There are rumors that Matt Ryan has spoken highly of Quinn to Poles. Poles blocked the blindside for Ryan in college, and Ryan got to a Super Bowl with Quinn.

What failed Quinn in Atlanta was that he had too much said in personnel, and he lost his trusted offensive coordinator in Kyle Shanahan.

While he lost Shanahan, he hired Shanahan off of a year where he failed to make Johnny Manziel happen. Shanahan failed with Robert Griffin and Manziel back to back, but Quinn trusted him and boy did it pay off.

Quinn is likable and seemed to get the best out of Shanahan to help him become what he is. Quinn would be trusted highly to build a strong coaching staff, and he has always shown the ability to adjust on defense. Of the three he has the most experience, success, and track record of hiring assistants. This makes him the top candidate.
