Carson Strong, Nevada

Carson Strong is on the same Senior Bowl team as Kenny Pickett, and it will be a real showcase of the difference in arm talent to see these two make throws next to each other. Nobody is doubting that Strong has a better arm, but the question is how much stronger?

On the flip side, Pickett can move around and escape, whereas Carson Strong is much more of a pure pocket passer. Strong has had multiple knee surgeries and is going to be the most limited as a runner.

This could help in this setting because Strong will not need to take off, and will have clean pockets to launch rockets from. While everyone will be wowed by a throw or two from Strong, what you really want to see from him is how often he works the intermediate area of the field. Can he be more than deep bombs and check downs? If anyone is going to be best equipped to stand out this week it is likely Strong.
