5 aggressive trades the Chicago Bears could make this offseason

The Chicago Bears could trade pass rusher Khalil Mack to Jacksonville
Now, we come to the big guns. Khalil Mack still has a few great years left in him, no doubt. Sure, his health might be a question mark right now. But, under Eberflus, he may end up having one of his best seasons yet.
But, on the other hand, draft capital is at a premium and the Bears don’t have a lot of it. If Chicago wanted to dangle him out there in trade discussions, a team like the Jacksonville Jaguars makes sense. Jacksonville has their franchise quarterback and a new head coach, but they now need a bit more star power on both sides of the ball.
Mack would immediately make this defense better, drawing them out of the bottom of the league. Think about it this way for Jags fans: Jacksonville could take one of Aidan Hutchison or Kayvon Thibodeaux at no. 1 overall to pair with Mack, and they immediately have a much different defense.
For the Bears, they would get the first pick in the second and fourth rounds. These would be extremely valuable picks, and could even be viewed as a late first and late third.
The risk here is tremendous for the Bears, as they’ll never know what they would have had with Mack in Eberflus’ defense. Most would agree that they should keep him through the 2022 season to at least see what this group can do, but again, draft capital is king right now.
