The Chicago Bears will have their eyes set on free agency, but there are also possible players that will be getting let go from other teams. One team that could be moving on from players currently signed on their roster is the New Orleans Saints.

With a new coach, and a cap situation that needs to be worked on the team will have to make some tough decisions. These three players are not on the free-agent landscape right now but could have to become worth debating for the Chicago Bears in a few weeks.

3. Bradley Roby

Bradley Roby was a former first-round pick by the Denver Broncos. He signed with the Houston Texans, but after that franchise started to turn the New Orleans Saints signed him for the 2021 season.

Roby held things down, but the team could save $10M to move on from him. Considering they have already had to make restructures, this could be an easy way to free up a big chunk. Roby is 29 now, and while he is a talented cornerback, he is likely getting to the point where he will not be seeing $10M every year anymore.

This could put him in a strong price range for the Chicago Bears. A nice skill of Roby is that he can play outside, but also bounce inside to the slot if needed. Considering the Chicago Bears have a need at both, his status on the Saints roster should be looked into.
