1. Steven Nelson, CB, Philadelphia Eagles

The Chicago Bears stunned many when the position that they spent big on this offseason was the defensive line. Fans thought for sure that the trade of Khalil Mack meant spending on offense, but the money wound up going to a different defensive position.

Still, the reality is that their defensive line is so thin that they had to add someone. The same can be said at cornerback. We know that they have Jaylon Johnson, but beyond that, who can they rely on?

It makes things tough. Some of the top cornerbacks are off of the board, and it means that the team is going to have to find a good corner on a nice salary. Steven Nelson has not been plucked off of the board yet and would be of great value.

Nelson was drafted by a Ryan Poles team, and last season was with Ian Cunningham, the Chicago Bears new assistant GM. These two front-office minds should know Nelson well and should know that they could get him at half of the price as the big names for a player that is just as good.

Nelson is underrated and remains that way after not signing on day one. Keep an eye on the market of Steven Nelson and whether or not he will be playing across from Jaylon Johnson next season.
