Are the Chicago Bears done in free agency at WR after their two recent signings?

The Chicago Bears are not the only team in the NFC North that needs help at wide receiver. The Green Bay Packers are now without their top wide receiver target in Davante Adams. It is interesting because as of now, the Chicago Bears actually have a better wide receiver room than the Packers. That’s not saying much though as the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings have both beat pretty easily.

Will the Chicago Bears have a better WR group than the Packers?

This is a weird feeling though. The problem here is that now that Davante Adams is no longer in Wisconsin (he was traded to the Raiders if you hadn’t heard yet), the Packers now have two first-round picks (22 and 28). With those two first-rounders, it is more likely that the team drafts a wide receiver with one of those picks. As someone who wants to see the Chicago Bears use at least one, if not two, of their second-rounders on a wide receiver, this will lessen the talent to choose from.

No matter how the rest of free agency goes this year, the Chicago Bears must look to add another wide receiver through the draft. The team needs young, new talent and the wide receiver position is fairly deep in this year’s draft class. The question is though, will Ryan Pace add anyone else at the position in free agency or is he done after the two signings he made today? Speaking of signings, can Poles stop making them later in the day? A signing at 8:00 a.m. in the morning would be nice.
