Chicago Bears free agent target: Will Fuller, WR
If you are not a fan of Will Fuller coming to Chicago then you need to wake up. The upside that is attached to Fuller is huge. He is a high-reward player who comes with some baggage. Fuller has yet to play in more than 14 games in his six-year career. On average, he only has played in just over nine games per season. Obviously, there is some risk to signing Fuller.
That said, if he were to come to Chicago, he can help add to a depleted wide receiver group. In 2020, Fuller finished with 879 yards and eight touchdowns in only 11 games. Last year, the Dolphins gave Fuller over $10 million dollars, but he is not going to see anything near that total this offseason. Last year, Fuller only played in two games for the Dolphins and was not able to truly contribute because of a broken finger that he suffered in Week 4 that sidelined him for the rest of the 2021 season.
Fuller has so much talent with his speed and above-average hands. He has shown flashes of greatness with the Texans and would look fantastic in Chicago. The former Notre Dame receiver has to be on Ryan Poles’ radar. He’s about to be 28 and has game-breaking abilities. Poles has also shown that he’s not afraid to hire a former-injured player. New Bears linebacker Nicholas Morrow did not play on a single down season due to an injury.
I’ll just speak it into existence though, Will Fuller to the Chicago Bears is a must.
