4. Is Tyler Smith a scheme fit with Chicago Bears

Tyler Smith is rising up draft boards as well and he went from a player that the team could possibly reach for at 48 to a player the team is hoping will fall to 39. Smith is rising as Green is falling, mainly due to the NFL combine for both.

Smith tested excellent, and he has all of the physical tools that you want to see from a starting left tackle. Smith is more raw than Green but is even younger, coming into the NFL as one of the youngest players in the class.

He also plays with extreme violence, and some of his issues just come down to taming his hand usage and keeping his objectives in line. The upside and fact that he is likely a left tackle in the NFL could make him more valuable than Kenyon Green.

Kenyon Green would be a safer pick and a likely starter for years to come. Smith is more of a bet on the upside and talent weighing through to give the team a steal.
