2. Offensive Line – Wide Receiver – Linebacker

There are three linemen that have a chance to slide to the Chicago Bears at pick 39. If Bernard Raimann, Tyler Smith, or Kenyon Green is available, it is hard to see them passing on any of those names.

With that no-brainer selection, the team can shift to wideout. Again, this looks like a sweet spot for Alec Pierce. If Pierce is on the board, and the team hit their two big offensive needs, this could leave them back to defense for round three.

This may be another time to take a linebacker because the cornerbacks and defensive lineman from round two see a big drop-off in this area. If they are going to draft a defensive lineman or cornerback it should be in the second round.

With these offensive positions falling perfectly for them they would have to wait on both, and that should mean waiting until day three. With that in mind, we go back to the possibility of Asamoah and Harris, the two linebackers connected to the Bears.

If the Chicago Bears were able to start with Tyler Smith, then add Alec Pierce and Christian Harris, would it be a strong day two?
