The Chicago Bears sat patiently through the first day of the NFL draft, but now the team has its chance to get active. With three picks on Friday evening, it is sure to be an eventful evening, at least compared to Thursday.

While the Bears do not know exactly who they will be taking, it is nice to know that they just have to wait for six, and 15 picks respectively to make their first two picks. While they will not know who is available at pick 71, they should have a great idea about who they will take at 39 and 48.

With that in mind, what are the best fits?

3. Chicago Bears draft Logan Hall, and Bernard Raimann

This is the meat and potatoes outcome. The possibly boring, but also the potential best outcome. The game is won in the trenches. Sometimes it felt that Ryan Pace forgot that. It would be smart of Poles to get back to building up the trenches and that could start with these two.

We know very well about the Chicago Bears’ interest in Logan Hall. The Bears sent Alan Williams to Houston to work out Hall. They brought Hall to Chicago for a pre-draft workout. The fit makes almost too much sense after Larry Ogunjobi saw his deal go through.

The need and fit are there. For Raimann, he has not been linked to Chicago through meetings, but rather mock drafts. It appears as though most saw this being the range for Raimann to get drafted. He has always been identified as the best potential outcome for the team so with just a few picks to go, and Raimann still on the board it is easy to put the two together.
