3. Kyler Gordon when targeted

Kyler Gordon was targeted 80 times over his three-year career. That includes 41 last season. Over that time he allowed 47 completions, 21 last season. That is a 58% completion percentage. However, last season he had a 51% completion rate allowed so that strong season that boosted his stock helped his coverage numbers.

On the 80 targets, he allowed 505 career yards. That turned out to be 6.3 yards per targeted attempt in coverage as well as 10.7 yards allowed per completion. With an Average Depth of Target set at 10.8, the 10.7 yards allowed per completion does not look too bad.

It shows that he was not allowing very many yards after the reception when he was giving up completions. He also has never allowed a touchdown, which is an impressive stat in itself. He can give up a big play here and there, but it typically results in a tackle after the catch and does not result in points for the other team.
