Offensive Line (10): Larry Borom, Cody Whitehair, Lucas Patrick, Dakota Dozier, Teven Jenkins, Braxton Jones, Zach Thomas, Doug Kramer, Julien Davenport, Ja’Tyre Carter

If Ryan Poles drafts four linemen on day three, and they all make the roster that is a bit of a win. At the same time, when you look around at the competition you start to think why the heck would they not make the roster. The names being shorted here are Lachavious Simmons and Sam Mustipher. Maybe all the day three picks will make the roster after all.

Defensive line (5): Angelo Blackson, Justin Jones, Khyris Tonga, Mario Edwards, Sam Kamara

The Chicago Bears tried to add a 3 technique both in free agency and through the NFL draft. A quick glance at the depth chart can explain why. Justin Jones is a band-aid, and the rest is probably going to be cleaned up next year, as these are mostly Ryan Pace leftovers.

EDGE (4): Robert Quinn, Trevis Gipson, Al-Quadin Mohammad, Dominique Robinson

The question here Is what the Chicago Bears will do with Jeremiah Attaochu. Attaochu is a solid depth piece, but he is much more active as a 3-4 outside linebacker. Surely he can put his hand down as an edge, but you wonder if the scheme fit and the fact that neither the coach nor the front office brought him in could end with an agreement for both sides to part ways. It could be another good look for Ryan Poles to let him find a better fit. Considering they added to the position in free agency and the draft, you have to consider this option.
