With the departures of key contributors this offseason, the Chicago Bears are left with no choice but to turn to their unproven players for valuable reps in 2022.

Ryan Poles’ first season as general manager for The Chicago Bears has been highlighted by the emphasis on the bigger picture. The Bears lost a lot of star power by moving on from both Khalil Mack and Allen Robinson. Additionally, the team wasn’t overly active in free agency and mostly made depth signings.

The Chicago Bears will need to lean on their underrateed players this season

All signs point towards a very active 2023 offseason, but until then, the Bears will look to make do with what they currently have on their roster. Different personnel will lead to players having different and, in many instances, more prominent roles on the team. From undrafted free agents to late-round selections to cheap free-agent signings, the Bears are at the point where they will take whatever they can get.

With the 53-man roster deadline only a few months away, here are some under-the-radar players who could make a significant impact for the Bears this upcoming season.
