6. Cole Kmet

If Cole Kmet can reach his full potential he could be more valuable than David Montgomery. The good thing about Kmet is that he is viewed as your classic old-school type of player. He can provide in the blocking game and as a pass-catcher.

While fans have been disappointed about Kmet so far, he is still just 22 years old, and at the tight end position, which means he is well ahead of the age curve for production. Beyond that, he definitely got better from year one to year two as a blocker.

With his age and experience in his favor, now the hope is that the Chicago Bears will use him more to his skill set and that it will work out for a strong third season.

Kmet is also so valuable because, unlike Montgomery, Jackson and Whitehair, we know that he will be on the roster in 2023 as well. This is a big year for his development.
