Kyler Gordon is another player who will be an instant starter. The cornerback depth chart was looking bleak and with him across from Jaylon Johnson, it is an immediate fix in a big way.
Beyond that, cornerback is an extremely valuable position in the NFL today. Adding that kind of talent and depth to the position was mandatory, this was not some luxury add.
