Jaylon Johnson shares his thoughts on the Chicago Bears new regime

Jaylon Johnson took the high road when discussing the new regime though. He spoke to Jim Rome about the new coaching staff and had this to say:

"“Definitely hard nose, flying around to the ball. Definitely a different culture that he’s (Eberflus) definitely implemented, really trying to drill into our heads really of how we want to play this style of football. Really attacking, really playing hard, recognize the ball, trying to call turnovers and that’s what the Colts had did really good over these last couple years that the defense really turned that ball over. So I definitely think you can get that vibe that we’re definitely going to be attacking.”"

You can tell that Johnson is saying all the right things. He has made it known that he understands that a reset has been issued regarding this team and although his film speaks for itself, he also understands he needs to prove himself to the new coaches. I don’t think it will take much longer before we see him running opposite Kyler Gordon. He is too good of a corner to be put on the bench. Even when facing some of the best WRs in the league, Jaylon Johnson has some elite coverage stats. If you don’t believe the numbers, then maybe you’ll believe this wide receiver?
