1. Larry Borom
No player could see a bigger swing in their career than Larry Borom. At his upside, Larry Borom is going to start at left tackle for the Chicago Bears, and if he earns it, he will continue starting there for the foreseeable future.
At the same time, this is a fifth-round pick entering his second NFL season, and he has not shown much on tape yet. The Chicago Bears drafted Braxton Jones, and while he was not a high draft pick, he was a Ryan Poles pick and selected in the same range as Larry Borom.
Larry Borom could be the starting left tackle, and could see himself losing the job as early as a training camp. If Larry Borom is a backup, he could be cut as soon as the next training camp. The Bears could see Jones, and not feel comfortable with him.
They could add a starting left tackle, have Braxton Jones be the backup, and then move on from Larry Borom. It could end that quickly.
With that in mind, there is not much of a bigger make-or-break player on any team, but certainly the Bears.
