3. Chicago Bears: Cody Whitehair, Lucas Patrick, Dakota Dozier, Zach Thomas, Ja’Tyre Carter

The Chicago Bears have plenty of questions on their offensive line, but they at least have more help on the interior than at tackle at this point. That is mainly led by Cody Whitehair. Whitehair has always been a solid pro, although the last two seasons have been worse than his career.

Still, Whitehair is expected to stay at left guard this season, something he will do for the first time in his career. After moving around and wasting his prime, at least his later days get to be sticking in the same spot. This helps, as does Patrick being a center with starting experience. In most cases, he is better than Bradbury.

Dakota Dozier is the obvious weak spot on the unit. Zach Thomas and Ja’Tyre Carter are both rookies, and both of them played tackle with hopes that they will find an NFL carer at guard. If the Chicago Bears can get either of these to start at guard it could help push them up higher.

Still, the big question at right guard is going to hurt the Chicago Bears case for being ranked higher.
