3. Eddie Jackson, 112th overall

Some fans may think this is too high, and there are some names like Justin Fields and Jaylon Johnson who could still pass them. Still, while those two are top 50 picks, you have Jackson, a fourth-round pick and 112th overall. Even with the fall off that he has suffered in recent years, the first four years that he gave Chicago at a fourth-round value is what pushes him up this high.

Jackson hit the ground running and started week one of his rookie seasons. Jackson and Adrian Amos had two great seasons together. That led to Jackson getting extended.

You could call the extension an overrated decision, but finding Jackson was excellent value, no matter what. He has been a five-year starter and had two Pro Bowl-caliber seasons with one of them being an All-Pro caliber season. To get that out of a round-four pick is worth it.
