7. Joel Iyiegbuniwe, 115

The Joel Iyiegbuniwe selection was a fourth-round investment, making it hard to ding too much. Still, this one is amusing because most fans and analysts questioned the pick the moment Ryan Pace made it.

Iggy was known as a special teams ace at Western Kentucky. He had average tape for a small school, but even when the team talked about the pick it was mostly highlighting that he was great on special teams.

He spent his entire rookie contract with the team that drafted him, and he technically did what they said he would, which is provided on special teams. Still, when you get zero starts in four years for a fourth-round pick it is not great.

What hurts more is when you look at the rest of the fourth round. Of just the 15 picks after Iggy,  Jordan Whitehead, Anthony Averett, Kyzir White, Taron Johnson, Avonte Maddox, and Josh Sweat were all taken.

That is six legitimate starters and players who got contract extensions or big new deals. It is hard for any run of 15 picks in the fourth round to produce that much talent, but the picks after Iggy did, making it an even worse pick, and one that was trouble well before hindsight.
