Atlanta Falcons

If any team is going to trade for Teven Jenkins based on a past relationship with Jenkins it is the Atlanta Falcons. Ryan Pace is not the Falcons’ GM, but you can tell he has sway in that front office, as the team has signed names such as Elijah Wilkinson, Germain Ifedi, Damiere Byrd, and Nick Kwiatkowski.

If Teven Jenkins joins Ifedi and Wilkinson it will be just like the old days. The reality is that Ifedi and Wilkinson are in Atlanta because the team is in need of depth at the position. Kaleb McGary is a former first-round pick, but he is part of the reason why Ryan Pace is joining Terry Fontenot as a new regime.

Ryan Pace assumed that a healthy Teven Jenkins would be better than Wilkinson and Ifedi, so he could easily see trading for Jenkins now being a potential steal. The need is there, the ties are there, it makes plenty of sense.
