1. Teven Jenkins has returned

Last week there were plenty of questions about the status of Teven Jenkins. Not all of them were answered, but Jenkins returned late in the week and got onto the field to practice for the last two days of the week.

Now, he has not been working in a team, which is fair because he missed most of the last two weeks. Still, the coaches and Teven Jenkins himself have said they expect him to get back into the competition to start. Both have said that they do not see Jenkins getting traded.

That is despite speculation that the Bears were looking to unload him just a few days prior. It could be that the Bears sat him out, and took phone calls, but they got no bites.

They may tell Teven Jenkins that they tried to do him a favor and move him, but it is not going to happen. Now, he has to come in and prove himself. If he looks good in the preseason, perhaps he either wins over the coaches or shows enough on tape that the Bears can trade for him.
