4. Chris Finke

Chris Finke played in the Chicago Bears’ first preseason game but missed the second one. His injury status is a bit unknown. but at the same time, he is putting the team in a situation where they may as well move on from him.

Finke was supposed to be a special team asset, but he has not been able to show that yet. Beyond that, he is behind names such as Dante Pettis, and Velus Jones in the return game, and those two are clearly making the roster.

Cutting Finke and David Moore now get the Chicago Beara a good chance to look at their depth next week. Isaiah Coulter, Dazz Newsome, and Kevin Shaa could all stick around for practice squad work, and all have had better preseasons than Finke. It could be health-related, but the Bears want healthy players for their last preseason game, so this could be another easy decision.
