3. Kevin Shaa

Of any of these players, you could make the case that Kevin Shaa is the most likely to make it back to the practice squad. Still, Shaa is undersized and has not shown much on offense. He was a return specialist from a small school, and he would only make the roster as a return man.

So, the question is almost less about whether he will make the team, but more about whether they want to give him a spot on the practice squad.

The fact that Dazz Newsome got cut probably gives the team a chance to look at Shaa and decide if he is worthy of that claim. They are going to have to Velus Jones on the roster, and Trestan Ebner can return as well.

Beyond that, Nsimba Webster has been ahead of Kevin Shaa at WR, and return man. The Bears seem to prioritize return ability in their wide receivers, so they could be invested in him as depth, but still, he is not going to be one of the top six wide receivers on this roster.
