3. Athletic Profile

The comparison to Dante Pettis actually goes beyond their skillsets entering the NFL. The two have similar athletic profiles as well. Thanks to Relative Athletic Scores you can see how the two stack up from a measurable and athletic profile stance.

The overall score leans to Pettis, but that is because he did not compete in the shuttle and 3-cone. Considering the two had similar numbers across the board if Pettis did post numbers in the 64.7, and 50.4 percentiles, his score would probably drop from 8.01 to 6.93 as well.

When you compare them from height, weight, speed, and both jumps, you have nearly identical athletes. Pettis has a bit more arm length, and ISM has bigger hands.

Considering these two have similar skill sets, similar sizes, and similar athletic profiles, it Is fair to say that they see ISM as an upgrade from Dante Pettis. Pettis may stick around for now, but when N’Keal Harry returns from the IR we know who is on the chopping block.
