Bears vs Commanders Anytime TD Scorer Picks for Thursday Night Football (Fields and Herbert Among Best Bets)

The 2-3 Chicago Bears sit two games back in the NFC North but get a winnable matchup against the 1-4 Washington Commanders in Week 6. Thanks to a mediocre Commanders defense that ranks 28th in opponent yards per pass attempt (7.5), there are several players with value as an Anytime TD Scorer bet.
Before we get into that, let’s first make sure you’ve utilized BetMGM’s incredible new offer for Bears fans: Bet $10, Get $200 if either team scores a TD.

Speaking of winning big, here are my favorite Anytime TD Scorer picks for the Week 6 matchup:
Bears vs Commanders Anytime TD Scorer Picks
Justin Fields (+230)
Fields has at least seven rush attempts in every game of the season, yet only has one rushing TD to show for it. The Commanders haven’t faced a dual-threat QB of Fields’ ability, and we’re getting great value for the second-year signal-caller to get back in the end zone.

Fields had a fantastic TD called back on a penalty, but he’s right on the doorstep of scoring every week it seems. Averaging an impressive 4.6 yards per carry with just under 200 rushing yards on the season, I’m backing Fields at +230 to get his second rushing TD of the year.
Darnell Mooney (+320)
Mooney has at least five targets in three straight games with over 50 receiving yards in each of his last two. He’s the deep threat of Chicago’s offense, and Washington’s weak secondary will give him chances to succeed.
OMG DARNELL MOONEY ONE-HANDED SNATCH 😱

Routinely making huge plays like the one above, Mooney is ready to get back in the end zone. Trust the Bears’ deep threat at +320 odds.
Khalil Herbert (+430)
These odds are way too large for one of the Bears’ best red-zone threats. David Montgomery is back and commanded the bulk of work from the backfield in Week 5, but Herbert still scored back in Week 1 with a healthy Montgomery in tow.
Herbert averages 5.9 yards per carry on the season, giving Chicago a stellar one-two punch to go alongside Fields’ dynamic rushing ability. These odds should be closer to +250, and I’m thrilled to back Herbert at such a massive value.
If you like the value on any of these Anytime TD Scorer picks, don’t forget to first sign up for BetMGM to claim your shot at an easy $200. Even if the first TD isn’t scored by one of these three players, we’ll still be dancing thanks to BetMGM.
